Brad Hope is the President of TSA Consulting Group, Inc. (TSACG) and a Managing Partner of parent company, U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG).
After graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mr. Hope worked for several boutique retirement plan firms in
addition to a national retirement plan provider as an executive who oversaw providing record-keeping, administration, compliance, and education programs
to public and private sector employers.
Brad joined TSA Consulting Group, Inc. in 2016 as Executive Vice-President and Chief Revenue Officer and
assumed the role of President in 2019. He is responsible for leading the continued growth of TSACG core services and the implementation of the groundbreaking
enrollment and record-keeping platforms developed by TSACG for institutional business to multiple constituent bases including investment providers, plan sponsors,
participants, and consultants.
Mr. Hope currently holds both his PPC (Professional Plan Consultant) and AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designations
from FI 360 and is a member of the Strategic Partners Council for the American Retirement Association and National Tax Deferred Savings Association.

Scott Klotzbach - Managing Director, Operations (NY & CA)
Before joining OMNI in 2009, Scott spent many years employed by a large Western New York accounting firm. While serving in the
United States Army, he developed and demonstrated exemplary accountability and leadership skills. Scott holds a degree in Accounting
and has over a decade of experience in this field. He is responsible for leading and managing the effective delivery of all activities
and services in OMNI’s Remittance Department. Scott also leads OMNI's implementation process and provides oversight in the event of an IRS audit.
Sarah BreinerManaging Director & General Counsel
Sarah Breiner - Managing Director & General Counsel
Sarah Breiner joined U.S. OMNI in January 2016 as Staff Attorney and became General Counsel in November 2017. Sarah works closely with OMNI's
clients to ensure that their 403(b)/457(b) plans are operating in accordance with IRS regulations and applicable state law, as well as providing
assistance to OMNI’s clients in connection with IRS audits. Sarah has also presented at ASBO events throughout the country. Prior to joining OMNI,
Sarah worked at a Rochester, New York law firm handling complex litigation.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Psychology
from Stony Brook University and a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. Sarah is
admitted to practice law in New York State and several Federal District Courts. Prior to joining OMNI, Sarah worked at a Rochester, New York law
firm handling complex litigation. Sarah has over 10 years of experience practicing law in a range of areas.
Adam MainesManaging Director, Technology
Adam Maines - Managing Director, Technology
Adam joined TSA Consulting Group, Inc. (TSACG) in September of 2011. In November of 2019, he was named Chief Technology Officer. He currently
holds the role of Managing Director of Technology with OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services where he oversees internal development, data processing,
and variable print production.
Adam completed his education from Georgia Southern University in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology. Also, in 2007, Adam began his career in Software Development, Information Technology, and Research and Development.
Kevin HensleyManaging Director, Operations (FL)
Kevin Hensley - Managing Director, Operations (FL)
Mr. Hensley is Managing Director, Operations (Florida) of TSA Consulting Group, Inc. (TSACG). He joined TSACG on July 1, 2011 in conjunction
with their acquisition of Great American Plan Administrators, Inc. Kevin joined Great American in 1996, and after holding various positions in
its Annuity Services area, was one of two individuals tasked in 2005 to launch and operate a Third Party Administrator. He was instrumental in
creating and managing the day to day operations of GA Plan and left Great American as Vice President-Sales & Marketing. Kevin has more than 35
years of financial services experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Northern Kentucky University.
Janet WilliamsonManaging Director, Finance
Janet Williamson - Managing Director, Finance
Ms. Williamson began her career in the public accounting arena in 1986 while completing her education at Troy State University,
where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management with an Accounting emphasis. During
her public accounting career, Ms. Williamson specialized in income tax preparation and retirement plan consulting and planning.
Ms. Williamson joined TSA Consulting Group, Inc. in 2003 and presently overseas all financial activities of the firm as Managing
Director, Finance. Additionally, Ms. Williamson served as an adjunct faculty member of Troy State University teaching Accounting Principles.
